New accounts get a free trial. After the trial, continued access to premium features like unlimited likes and advanced filters needs an active subscription. Some areas of the app may be free for everyone if the platform is running in free mode.

Subscription pricing and the trial length are set by GatherU and shown on the Subscription page before you pay — check there for the current price and terms.

Go to Events → Create, fill in the details (city, date, whether it is free or paid, and a participant limit if you want one), and publish it. Hosting an event may require an active subscription.

Payments for subscriptions and paid event tickets are processed through our payment gateway partners. We never store your card or UPI details ourselves.

Refund requests for event tickets or subscriptions are reviewed case by case. Contact support with your order details.

Use the report option on a profile or event. Our safety team reviews every report. See the Safety page for more on how we handle this.

Contact support to request account deletion. We will remove your profile and personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
