Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use GatherU. By registering, you confirm the date of birth you provide is accurate.

Your account: You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate profile information and don't impersonate another person.

Subscriptions and payments: Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, trial periods, and billing cycles are shown before you pay and may change with notice. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways under their own terms.

Events: Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings and for conducting their events safely and lawfully. GatherU may charge a platform commission on paid event tickets, disclosed at checkout.

Acceptable use: Don't use GatherU to harass, threaten, defraud, or endanger others; post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors; misrepresent your identity; or attempt to circumvent payments or platform fees.

Moderation: We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or our Safety guidelines, with or without notice, at our discretion.

Termination: You may stop using GatherU and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers: GatherU helps people connect but is not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the platform. Use GatherU at your own judgment, particularly when meeting people in person.

Changes: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of GatherU after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
